Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Tune & Tone. These Terms & Conditions outline the guidelines that support a calm, respectful, and grounded experience for everyone in our studio and online spaces.

 

By booking or participating in services offered by Tune & Tone, you agree to the terms below.

Participation & Personal Responsibility

Clients participate in all services at their own discretion and are responsible for honoring their physical, emotional, and energetic limits. We encourage open communication with instructors and welcome questions, modifications, or rest as needed.

Tune & Tone instructors do not provide medical advice or diagnosis. Participation in services is not a substitute for professional medical care.

Bookings & Payments

All classes and sessions must be booked in advance through our scheduling platform.

Payment is due in person at the studio at the time of service. We accept cash, Venmo, or Zelle.

Memberships, packages, and single-session purchases are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Late Arrivals

To support a calm and focused class environment:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid loss of session credit

  • Clients are asked to arrive no more than 10 minutes before class and no later than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time

  • Late arrivals beyond this window may not be accommodated

  • Missed sessions without proper cancellation may result in loss of session credit or a no-show fee

These policies help ensure fairness and consistency for all clients.

Studio Etiquette

We ask that clients arrive on time and help maintain a calm, grounded atmosphere within the studio.

To support focus and presence, we kindly request that phones and personal conversations remain in the lounge during sessions.

Please refrain from attending sessions if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, out of care for yourself and the community.

Health & Safety

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete health information and to inform instructors of any changes that may affect participation.

Tune & Tone reserves the right to decline or modify participation if a client’s health or safety, or that of others, may be compromised.

Waitlists

If you are added to a class from the waitlist, standard cancellation policies apply. We recommend monitoring your booking status closely and canceling promptly if plans change.

Refunds & Transfers

All purchases are final. Refunds are not offered for unused sessions, missed classes, or expired packages unless otherwise stated.

Privacy

Personal and health information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely to support your experience and safety.

 

Use of Website

Content on the Tune & Tone website is provided for informational purposes only and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

Changes to Services or Policies

Tune & Tone may update class schedules, pricing, offerings, or policies as needed. Any changes will be reflected on our website or communicated directly when appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tune & Tone is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in services or use of the website, beyond what is outlined in our Liability Waiver.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
