A Sanctuary for Movement

Our studio is a space rooted in intentional living, sustainable strength,

and a deep respect for the mind-body connection

Mindful Movement

Classes invite you to slow down, notice sensation, and move with awareness. Breath and attention are woven into each practice, encouraging a deeper connection to your body in the present moment.

Strength for Longevity

Strength is built thoughtfully, with an emphasis on alignment and intelligent sequencing—supporting longevity rather than intensity for its own sake. Expect mindful movement that still delivers a satisfying challenge.

Nervous System Care

Movement, breath, and sound work together to support regulation and grounding. Classes are designed to calm the mind, ease tension, and leave you feeling clear, steady, and supported.

Personal Attention

With small class sizes, each client receives individualized guidance and care. You are seen, supported, and encouraged to move at your own pace, without pressure or comparison.

Hi, I'm Emilie - a certified Pilates and yoga instructor, and the heart behind Tune & Tone.

My passion for movement comes from lived experience. I’ve been in a place where I felt disconnected from my body and my life — and through consistent movement, lifestyle shifts, and deepened self-awareness, everything in my world began to change. That journey is what fuels my work today. I know how powerful it is to feel strong, present, and at home in your body again, and I love helping others reconnect with that sense of self.

My approach blends Pilates, yoga, breathwork, and sound to support both physical strength and nervous-system regulation. I care just as much about how a class feels as how it moves, creating space for you to build strength while feeling grounded, supported, and at ease. I weave sound into my offerings to support relaxation and balance, and I’m drawn to small, intimate classes where personalized guidance and connection can unfold naturally.

Before opening Tune & Tone, I spent years working in hospitality — an experience that deeply shaped how I teach. It taught me to notice the small things: how people are welcomed, how a space feels, and how presence and care can transform an experience. That attentiveness is something I bring into every class.

Outside the studio, you’ll usually find me walking my dog Obi with my partner Tristan, paddle boarding when the weather’s right, or at home reading, baking, or dancing around my living room to house music. I’m a dedicated student of meditation and intuitive practices and love exploring how movement and awareness help us feel more at home in ourselves. I also enjoy strength training, sauna sessions, and cold plunges, which continue to shape how I think about resilience and recovery.

My intention is simple: to help you feel comfortable in your body and supported in building strength that lasts. Tune & Tone is a reflection of my own practice—curious, intentional, and rooted in care.
