Studio Information and Etiquette

Our Commitment

Tune & Tone is a welcoming, respectful space for all bodies and experience levels. We are committed to creating an environment where clients feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. Classes are taught with attention, intention, and respect for individual needs.

To help create a calm, focused environment for everyone, we ask that clients arrive no more than 10 minutes before class and no later than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. Arriving within this window allows the studio to remain grounded, present, and respectful of the group experience.

We also kindly ask that phones and side conversations stay in the lounge to support this shared atmosphere.

Cancellation Policy

To keep the studio running smoothly and ensure fair access for all clients, we ask for at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a class.

  • Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in the loss of that class credit

  • Drop-in clients will be charged for the missed class at their next session

  • In the case of an emergency, cancellation fees may be waived at the instructor’s discretion

Life happens — if something comes up, we’ll always talk.

Class Attire

Please wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. For safety and cleanliness, grip socks and tied-back hair are required for reformer classes. Jewelry that may interfere with movement or equipment should be removed before class.

Forgot your socks? We’ve got you. Your first pair is on us - Additional pairs are available for $6

Membership Terms

Consistency helps the body build trust. Strength, ease, and regulation unfold over time through steady practice. Our 8‑ or 12‑class monthly memberships offer structure with flexibility, so you can come when your body calls for it.

  • 3-month minimum commitment. After your initial three-month commitment, you’re free to pause your membership at any time.

  • Memberships renew every 30 days from your start date. Payment is due on or before your renewal date. If payment is not received by that date, class access will be paused until the account is current.

  • Accepted payment methods are cash (preferred) or Venmo, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. For Venmo payments, please include your full name and billing month in the payment note

  • After the initial three-month term, memberships transition to a month-to-month (30-day) basis. Members may cancel after the initial commitment with written notice (text or email) provided at least 5 days before their next renewal date to avoid charges for the following billing cycle.

  • Failure to submit payment does not constitute a cancellation and does not release the member from financial responsibility

  • No rollovers — class credits reset each month

  • Sound baths count as class credits, unless otherwise noted

By enrolling in a membership, you’re agreeing to these simple guidelines that help us care for the space and community.
