General
Tune & Tone is a boutique movement studio offering reformer Pilates, yoga-inspired flow, breath-led movement, and sound-based restoration. Our classes emphasize strength, awareness, and nervous-system regulation in a calm, supportive environment.
A sound bath is a deeply restorative experience where you lie down comfortably while being immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations. At Tune & Tone, sound baths are guided using crystal singing bowls and other harmonic instruments designed to help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and support deep relaxation.
Rather than “doing” anything, you’re invited to rest and receive. The sounds work on a sensory and physiological level, helping shift the body out of stress and into a more relaxed, regulated state. Many people experience a sense of grounding, emotional release, mental clarity, or deep rest — similar to meditation, but without effort.
No prior experience is needed. Just come as you are, get comfortable, and allow the sounds to wash over you.
No experience is required. Classes are designed to be accessible while still offering depth and challenge. You’re always welcome to move at your own pace, take modifications, or rest as needed.
If you’re brand new to reformer Pilates, please arrive a few minutes early so you can receive a brief overview and settle in comfortably.
All classes and sessions must be booked in advance through our online scheduling platform. This helps us prepare the space and equipment intentionally for each class.
Payment is due in person at the studio at the time of service.
We accept cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before class and no later than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time.
Arriving within this window helps maintain a calm, focused experience for everyone.
Late arrivals beyond this window may not be accommodated.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid loss of session credit.
Missed sessions without proper cancellation may result in a no-show fee or loss of credit.
Comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely is recommended. Grip socks are required for reformer classes for safety and stability, and are available for purchase at the studio.
Please let your instructor know before class if you’re working with an injury, are pregnant, or have any conditions that may affect your practice. We’re happy to offer modifications and support your safety.
We love community — and we also value quiet focus. Please keep personal conversations in the lounge so the studio space remains calm and supportive for all participants.
Very. Our intention is to create a space that feels welcoming, grounded, and non-performative. You don’t need to “keep up” — your practice is your own.
Unless otherwise stated, class credits and memberships do not roll over and are non-transferable.
Tune & Tone is located in an upstairs studio and is accessible by stairs only; the building does not currently have elevator access. We recognize that this may limit access for some individuals. If you have questions or specific access needs, please feel free to reach out before booking — we’re happy to explore virtual or off-site options where possible.
